Alumni Committees

Alumni Weekend Committee

The Alumni Weekend Committee will work to plan and execute a successful Alumni Weekend, April 24-25, 2026. The committee consists of two sub-committees for 1s and 6s class reunions and our annual Alumni and Booster Spring Swing Tournaments. The reunion sub-committee is responsible for helping to market the weekend to classmates and peers, identifying opportunities to increase attendance, and attending alumni weekend events. The Spring Swing Tournaments Committee is responsible for working with the Director of Alumni, Alumni Board President, and Booster Club Committee to solicit and secure sponsorships and players for the golf, tennis, and pickleball tournaments in April 2026.

Network and Recognition Committee

The Network and Recognition Committee is the networking component of our Alumni Association, helping to plan networking events and opportunities, brainstorming opportunities to connect alumni with current students, and recognizing our incredible alumni community through the Distinguished Alumni Award.

Engagement and Outreach Committee

The Engagement and Outreach Committee helps plan events and initiatives to boost alumni engagement, including an alumni community service day, community-centric events and opportunities, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Nominating and Governance Committee

The Nominating and Governance Committee is responsible for slating new board members and making sure the board, as a whole, functions within our bylaws. As a committee, the group will identify new and qualified alumni to be considered for board seats, refine and define the onboarding process, and perform a SWOT analysis of the board to identify areas that need improvement.
