LS Holy Eucharist Opt Out

Daily worship is an integral part of the ESD experience. Lower school students, faculty, and staff celebrate Holy Eucharist once a month.
 

The form below provides every parent the ability to opt their child(ren) out of receiving Holy Eucharist.

• If you do not want your child to receive Eucharist for whatever reason, please know that we will honor your decision. And we will continue to share God’s blessing with them, and welcome them as beloved members of our community.
