Alumni Board

The Alumni Weekend Committee will work to plan and execute a successful Alumni Weekend, April 26-27, 2024. The committee consists of one reunion class chair for this year's 4s and 9s reunion cycle, and one reunion class co-chair for the following year’s 0s and 5s reunion cycle. The reunion class chairs will be responsible for helping to market the weekend to classmates and peers, identifying opportunities to increase attendance, attending alumni weekend events, and the chairs should be willing to have their name marketing materials for the weekend. The committee will also consist of two Spring Swing Tournament Chairs for golf, tennis, and pickleball that will work with the Director of Alumni, Alumni Board President, and Booster Club Committee to solicit and secure sponsorships and players for the tournaments.

The Eagles Connect Committee is the networking component of our Alumni Association, helping to plan our annual Alumni Networking Event, brainstorming opportunities to connect alumni with current students, and highlighting our incredible community of alumni through establishing/overseeing Distinguished Alumni Awards.

The Engagement and Outreach Committee will help plan events and initiatives to boost engagement, including the annual Alumni Day of Service, any additional community-centric events, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. The committee will also brainstorm marketing ideas and outreach opportunities to help increase event attendance and alumni engagement.

The Nominating and Governance Committee is responsible for slating new board members and making sure the board, as a whole, functions within our bylaws. As a committee, the group will identify new and qualified alumni to be considered for board seats, refine and define the on-boarding process, and perform a SWOT analysis of the board to identify areas that need improvement. The committee will also work to implement an online form for the 2023-2024 year where prospective nominees can formally submit their interest to join the board.
