ESD Semifinalists Named in the 2025 National Merit Scholarship Program

Each year, the National Merit Scholarship Program honors individual students who show exceptional academic ability and potential for success in rigorous college studies. On September 11th, the National Merit Scholarship Program announced the names of the roughly 16,000 Semifinalists who took the PSAT last fall. These academically talented high school seniors have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 6,870 Merit Scholarship awards worth $26 million that will be offered next spring. 

Today, we are pleased to recognize John Cronin and Cindy Lin as ESD’s 2025 National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists.
