WRESTLING
Varsity open mats are on Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30 p.m. from September 11 to October 30. Lifting occurs during off-season sessions with Strength and Conditioning Coach Mosley. For more information, contact Coach Brown

CREW

Team practice begins on August 5. Daily practices start at 7:00 a.m. and run to 9:30 or 10:00 a.m. until school starts. 
Preseason strength training is strongly encouraged all summer long (see Strength and Conditioning information; tell Coach Mosley that you are on the rowing program plan).

GIRLS SOCCER

Girls are required to complete 15 lifts this summer. Attendance will be taken daily. The weight room will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the following dates:

CHEERLEADING

NCA Camp:
May 29-June 1
Two to three practices prior to camp, dates and times TBD based on athlete availability.

Summer workouts: 
Ten lifts are required in the ESD weight room prior to practice starting.
Lift schedule: 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
There are a handful of open gyms, dates and times TBD based on athlete availability.

Practice:
Monday: 4:15 to 6:15 p.m.
Tuesday: 4:15 to 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 4:15 to 6:15 p.m.
Thursday: Varsity morning lift, practice 4:15 to 5:15 p.m., JV Games
Friday: JV afternoon lift, Varsity Games
