January 10 - Eastin Family WORX Program Volunteer Deadline |
The summer 2025 Eastin Family WORX Internship Program has officially kicked off! We need parent volunteers to help interview student applicants for the WORX Program on
Each student is required to complete an interview conducted by an alumni or parent volunteer as part of the application process. The interviews are a great way for ESD students to practice their interviewing skills in a supportive environment, and the process also helps WORX committee members match applicants to internships that fit their interests. All interviews are conducted virtually over Google Meet. Before the start of the interviews, an orientation will be conducted over Google Meet for new volunteers as well. Volunteers cannot be parents of current juniors. Please reach out to Asia Hakwins '13, Director of Alumni & WORX Partner Liaison, with any questions or to inquire about hosting an internship opportunity for ESD students. |
January 20 - MLK Celebration |
Join us for ESD's annual community conversation and service event to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on January 20, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. |
